Out of 28,451 registered voters in Brown County 19,910 decided to get out and be a part of history in  deciding who would be the next president along with many local offices. John McCain (Rep) received 11,873 votes to Barack Obama's (Dem) 7, 280 votes.

The Brown County Library Levy Failed by a vote of 10,329 (Against) to 8,667 (For).
